2. General terms and conditions of use of the website and the services offered.

The use of the website implies the full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use set out below. These terms and conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of the website are therefore invited to consult them regularly. This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Novo Corp may decide to interrupt the website for technical maintenance purposes, and will make every effort to inform users in advance of the dates and times of any such intervention. The website is updated regularly by Novo Corp. Similarly, the legal notices can be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to be aware of the same.

3. Description of the services provided.

The purpose of the website is to provide information concerning all of the company’s activities. Novo Corp makes its best efforts to provide information on the website that is as accurate as possible. However, the company cannot be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies or deficiencies in the updating of information, whether these are the result of the company’s own actions or those of third-party partners who provide the information. All of the information appearing on the website is provided for indication purposes only, and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the website is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to any changes that may have been made since they were published online.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data.

The website uses JavaScript technology. The website cannot be held liable for any material damage related to the use thereof. In addition, the user of the website undertakes to access the website using recent equipment, free of viruses and with an updated, latest-generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

Novo Corp owns the intellectual property rights or the usage rights to all items appearing on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio and software. Any reproduction, presentation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the website, regardless of the means or method used, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from: Novo Corp. Any unauthorised use of the site or any of the information it contains will be considered as constituting counterfeiting, and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of liability.

Novo Corp cannot be held liable for any direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the website, and resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications set out in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or an any incompatibility issue. 7. Management of personal data.

In France, personal data is mainly protected by Law No 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, clause L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995. The following information may be collected from the user of the website the URL of links from which the user accessed the website, the user’s Internet provider and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. 9. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction.

Any dispute relating to the use of the website is subject to French law. Jurisdiction will be vested exclusively in the competent courts of Paris.
